Micron’s new facility confirms that Taiwan is safe investment destination: Tsai

U.S. memory maker Micron Technology launched a new facility in Taichung’s Houli District on Monday. Speaking at the opening ceremony, President Tsai Ing-wen said Micron’s investment testified to the fact that Taiwan is a “reliable and secure investment destination.” She said that in recent years, her government has strived to create more robust infrastructure and conditions for investment, to bolster Taiwan’s economic resilience.
