Taiwanese chef Chef Chen Kuan-min, Indonesian chef Adie Miartadi, and Malaysian chef Fikree Aznan use Taiwanese halal-certified ingredients like camellia oil, bread crumbs, local dried fruits, winter melon tea, and other products to cook their dishes.
