So far, we go for the classic, to the Caesar salad, to the Parma ham salad, with some really classic bistro dishes. And of course we focus on several selection of meat, such as rib-eye, all USDA prime, and some Wagyu cuts.
Their multi-course menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, desserts, and drinks, each one sure to satisfy the taste buds as well as the camera.

牛小排在鐵盤上滋滋作響,讓人看了不禁口水直流。
北海道干貝搭配鮭魚卵,加上白酒奶油醬,經過專業擺盤,一道道精緻料理依序上桌,顧客一口咬下,肉汁立刻在嘴中釋放,香氣四溢。

“外皮跟裡面的肉口感都層次蠻好的,肉汁其實也蠻充足的,那我自己比較喜歡他旁邊搭的,這個蒜味的醬料。”
