Tech startup teams up with Malaysia software provider on AI dental assistant

Artificial intelligence is changing the game for customer service. A Taiwanese startup has launched an AI chatbot specifically for dental clinics. It can answer questions from patients, saving time for medical professionals. On Wednesday, the company signed an agreement with a leading software provider in Malaysia, in hopes of tapping the Southeast Asian market.
