Seizing this opportunity, one teppanyaki restaurant serves gourmet seafood using fresh, high-end ingredients. It caters to upper-class customers and foreign tourists, offering a fine dining experience.

The finest of scallops is grilled until golden on the outside. It’s paired with pumpkin sauce for a touch of sweetness, upgrading the taste and texture.

Another dish features fresh abalone. It’s covered with kelp, topped with sea salt and then simmered. A drizzle of champagne truffle sauce makes the final touch. A jumbo red-and-white prawn is the star of another delicious dish. Not only is this teppanyaki mouthwatering, but its exquisite presentation is a work of art.

基隆海鮮魚獲遠近馳名,近年積極拓展觀光,有不少觀光郵輪會停靠基隆港,有業者就看準商機,推出私廚鐵板料理,以新鮮高檔食材,主打高CP值的餐點,鎖定中高層客群以及外國觀光客,滿足饕客味蕾。

頂級干貝放上鐵板台,滋滋作響,表面煎到金黃色,上桌前加入南瓜醬,又鮮又甜,質感口感大升級。
