Twin chefs make delicious desserts with natural ingredients

When buying sweets, it’s hard to be certain what went into it. Concerned about unhealthy ingredients in store-bought food, a pair of twin pastry chefs in Taoyuan opened their own dessert shop. There they create delicious treats like madeleines, lemon tarts, and canelé, using all-natural, additive-free ingredients. It earned them a stellar reputation.

Each canelé is baked slowly in the oven, expanding gradually as the temperature rises. Once the outer layer becomes brown and crispy, it’s ready to come out.

On the other side of the bakery, a Barbie pink and cement gray frosting creates a beautiful flower pattern as it is squeezed out onto a black biscuit base. This unique lemon tart not only looks stylish, but also tastes impeccable. These desserts were carefully crafted by twin pastry chefs.

Children’s physiques are all different. Some have allergies, so eating food from outside is not always that good for them. Our ingredients are more natural, with no preservatives or other additives.

With children’s allergies in mind, these talented chefs started making pastries by hand using healthy, natural ingredients. Word of their delicious treats spread quickly, and soon they were making more than five kinds of desserts, including madeleines, canelés, lemon tarts, and dacquoise.

We started working part-time in the food industry when we were young. After working together this long, our tacit understanding has built up. Maybe with just a glance or the first sentence, I know what she wants to say, and I can tell what she wants to do next.

These pastry chefs create decadent and delicious desserts using natural ingredients. Crafting intricate pastries in perfect unison, they have built a great reputation for themselves.

雙胞胎甜點師自製甜點 採用無添加食材做出好口碑

想吃甜食又怕成分不明,造成身體負擔,桃園一對雙胞胎甜點師,因為自家小朋友的過敏體質,擔心外食成分不健康,因此開始自製甜點,包含可麗露、瑪德蓮、檸檬塔,全採用天然無添加物食材,就這樣做出了好口碑。

一個個可麗露在烤箱裡高溫慢烤,隨著溫度慢慢膨脹,烤到外皮酥脆後,熱騰騰出爐。

另一邊,芭比粉混入水泥灰的撞色系醬料,在黑色餅乾基底擠上漂亮花型,特色檸檬塔不只樣子好看,吃進口中也能輕鬆無負擔,這些甜點全出自這對雙胞胎甜點師的雙手。

“因為小朋友的體質比較不一樣,就是有過敏體質,(吃外面)有時候會感覺很像沒有那麼健康,我們自己用的都會比較天然一點,不加防腐劑也不加一些添加物”

起初為了小朋友的過敏體質著想,採用健康天然食材,親手做甜點,沒想到朋友吃過都說讚,好康逗相報,可麗露、瑪德蓮、檸檬塔、達克瓦茲多達五種甜品,想吃的通通有。

“剛開始就是我們在年輕的時候,有在食品材料行打工。就是相處久了,就是默契都會在,就是有一定的默契,可能一個眼神或是第一句話,我就知道她要說什麼了,下一個步驟就知道她要幹嘛這樣”

沒有過多的添加物,也能做到香醇甜點,雙胞胎姐妹花,研發出的作品,製工繁瑣,不過,兩人憑著雙胞胎的好默契,打造出屬於自己的好口碑。
