Taiwan has plenty of ponds where you can go angling for fish or shrimp. But have you ever heard of going fishing for crocodiles? One pond in Changhua City used to just have your run-of-the-mill fish. Customers would joke with the owner that they want to fish for crocs instead. Crazy as he is, he actually did it, introducing four spectacled caimans to his pond. At 16kg each, they now give his customers an extra special mission.
A group of people gather by the side of a pond, some with fishing rods or nets in hand. But what are they up to?
One of them catches a crocodile! They’ve certainly got a lot of guts. Why catch a ferocious crocodile instead of some good old fish?

It’s my first time. I’ve capped out. They’re hard to catch. It’s possible with a net, not with a rod.

The last two weeks he released softshell turles, but I didn’t have time to come fish. Now there are crocodiles!
The anglers who come here have seen it all, catching all kinds of strange species. But they’ve never encountered crocodiles before. They finally caught one, but the tension is too great. The owner doesn’t have a requirement for number of fish caught, so anyone is welcome to use a fishing tool or their bare hands to challenge themselves.

A customer suggested I release a crocodile some time, so I got some as a joke. They’re costly. I just want people to have a good time. Fishing should be fun. Each one costs over NT$10,000.
The fisher may have been half joking, but his wish became a reality. The owner actually contacted a breeder and got four crocodiles at once, unlocking a new achievement for his customers and raking in 20% to 30% more profit in the process.

市面上有不少釣魚場、釣蝦場，但是您有聽過，有人釣鱷魚嗎？在彰化市就有一家釣魚場，老闆超狂，引進釣魚，就因為釣客一句玩笑話，許願釣鱷魚，老闆還真的聽進去，引進四隻"凱門鱷魚"，一隻大約16斤，讓釣客解鎖特殊"釣魚任務"！
一群人在水池旁，有人拿釣桿，有人拿魚網，他們到底在忙什麼？
只見其中一名釣客，撈起一隻鱷魚，這群釣客好大膽，放著好好的魚不釣，撈生性兇猛的鱷魚做啥？

"第一次，封頂了，這個要(釣)起來比較難，用網子可以，這(釣竿)沒辦法"

"前兩個禮拜放鱉，沒有時間來釣，這次放鱷魚"
現場眾多釣客各個身經百戰，釣過無數種魚類，就是沒釣過鱷魚，終於等到鱷魚上鉤，但這拉力實在吃不消，好在老闆也沒有限定一定要釣起來，要用撈的、還是徒手抓，只要你有本事歡迎來挑戰。

"他(釣友)說不然改天放鱷魚啊，我也開玩笑放鱷魚，(成本)很高啊，開心就好了啦，釣魚本來就是開心就好了，一隻成本一萬多塊"
釣客一半玩笑、一半許願，不料竟然許願成功，老闆真的向養殖業者，引進鱷魚，而且一口氣引進四隻，讓釣客解鎖釣魚成就，業績也因此成長兩三成。
