烏魚季節到來,海產餐廳已經開始推出烏魚料理,不只有常見的烤烏魚子,還有醬燒烏魚膘、酥炸烏魚腱,以及用烏魚肉熬煮的米粉湯,濃郁又暖身,店家把整隻烏魚都拿來料理,也讓民眾吃得超滿足。

一道香噴噴的烏魚膘料理起鍋,鹹香滋味,超下飯,成為最應景的季節料理。
最經典的烏魚子,沾上酒,大火烘烤出油脂,表面金黃色,卻依舊口感Q彈,店家切成好幾大塊,超豪邁。
還有烏魚腱下鍋油炸,外酥內嫩,撒上椒鹽。另外烏魚米粉,加進酥酥脆脆的烏魚肉,美味又暖身,一端上桌,客人早就已經等不及。
