This short video was made by the Taichung Police after a viral short video format, to inform the public of sex work scam. Yes, scammers now even pretend to be sex workers.

The police is reminding the public of the pitfalls of Internet relationships. In other words, you have no way of knowing who’s on the other side of the screen, save for what you’re told. Therefore, be vigilant when someone you’ve never met asks for something, especially monetary.
