A tortoise wearing socks was recently spotted crossing the road. Its owner said she usually takes her tortoise out for three or four-hour walks, so she puts socks on its feet to protect them. People often take photos of this cute tortoise in socks while it’s out and about.
While stopped at a light, a driver noticed a woman crossing the road with a tortoise. But that’s not all. The tortoise was wearing socks. The woman picks it up and puts on a cart, quickly pushing it across the intersection. The driver said it was the first time they had to stop for a tortoise.

This is the same tortoise who wore socks to cross the road. Now eight years old, Sukada often goes for afternoon walks on the street.
This curious tortoise makes its way down the street, moving one foot at a time wherever it pleases. Its owner sometimes follows from behind, and other times guides it in a certain direction. But Sukada has its own ideas, and won’t always go where you tell it.

It has its own ideas about where it wants to go. It will even cry if the walk is too short or it feels wronged.
The owner takes her tortoise on three or four-hour-long walks. Because its feet got injured before, she always puts socks on its feet when they go out.
The owner also has a cart on hand. If the tortoise is too slow to cross the road, she will put it on the cart and push it across. If it’s tired, it will just stay on the cart and refuse to get off.
Four years ago, Sukada was only 4kg. But thanks to the care of its loving owner, it’s now 40kg. They’re not only a dear pet, but a minor local celebrity.

馬路驚見"穿襪龜逛街" 飼主:擔心腳受傷 給牠穿襪子

有網友拍下，一名婦人帶著象龜過馬路，象龜的腳上，竟然還穿著襪子。飼主說，因為帶牠出門，一次通常都是三、四個小時，擔心腳受傷，才會幫牠穿襪子，實在太醒目，走在路上，隨時都有人搶拍。
民眾開車停紅燈時，發現一名婦人正在過馬路，前面還有一隻穿著襪子，悠哉前進的象龜，眼看秒數所剩不多，婦人將象龜抱上推車，火速通過路口，讓目擊網友直呼，是第一次禮讓烏龜。

“穿襪子過馬路的蘇卡達象龜就是牠，今年八歲。下午的時候牠常常就會像這個樣子，走在馬路上散步。”
超可愛的象龜，一下走右邊，一下走左邊，對哪裡好奇就往哪裡走，飼主有時站在後方，看著牠一舉一動，有時走在一旁提醒牠記得轉彎，但這隻龜龜很有個性，不是你要牠走哪裡，牠就會照做。

“牠很有主見欸，牠要走哪，或者時間走太短會哭欸，感到委屈也會哭欸。”
飼主帶這隻象龜出門走走，一次約三到四小時，因為曾有腳磨破的經驗，因此飼主會在牠剛出門時，一邊替牠穿上繽紛小襪子。
因為走得慢，飼主自備推車，過馬路若來不及，就會強制讓牠上車，不想走的時候，甚至會賴在車上不下來。
這隻象龜4年前還只有1公斤，現在已經重達40公斤，牠不只是飼主的心肝寶貝，也是當地相當知名的寵物。
