A restaurant group has brought together the most sought-after chefs in the east coast to create a guest menu highlighting the flavors of the region. The project aims to reignite interest in tourism to the east coast, which has been ravaged by earthquakes and typhoons this year.
Fine French cuisine meets local agricultural products such as ailanthus prickly ash, pigeon peas and wild chili. The carefully crafted dishes and slow cooking imbue the ingredients with a unique flavor that’s sure to satisfy even the most demanding diners. The menus will be available at all restaurants belonging to the group, so that everyone can have a taste.
