With all kinds of sculptures and paintings on display, this place feels like an art gallery. But it’s actually a famous Japanese sushi restaurant.
The chef carefully slices fresh fish to make sushi. They offer a variety of Japanese dishes here, with each ingredient freshly prepared every day, even the rice. This restaurant has been around for 40 years.

This restaurant was founded in 1984 and has since opened one additional branch. The founder prioritized the freshness and quality of food, paying careful attention to the ingredients from preparation to service.

Our ingredients, such as shrimp, are delivered fresh daily. We do our best to avoid any products that are made or finished in factories. It’s best to use original fresh ingredients.

Grandpa took everything he did seriously. He insisted on going to the fish market to select the fish himself, laying the foundation for us.
This restaurant not only maintains the founder’s insistence on fresh ingredients, but displays artwork made by the founder himself. Customers who dine here enjoy its unique artistic atmosphere.

新鮮鮪魚切片,作成一貫貫握壽司,除了用料豐富新鮮,連醋飯也是每天現煮,變化出各種日式料理,鮮甜多層次的好味道,已經傳承超過40年。

壽司店從民國73年就創立,目前有一家分店,第一代老闆,對於食材新鮮衛生非常重視,從料理到出餐,都相當講究細節,還兼顧CP值。

“比如說我們的食材,蝦來講的話。它是當天送過來。那食材的話,我們盡量避免外面,現成工廠完成的半成品,最好是原食物去完成的”
