
The Taichung Shopping Festival is now in full swing, for the seventh year. Not only that, it also won platinum in the 2025 TITAN Innovation Awards, standing out among entries from more than 100 countries. The city government says the campaign was recognized for its innovative approach that utilizes technology to boost local businesses. It also says that winning a top prize only motivates the city to make the festival even better in the coming years.

The jury commended the campaign for its applications of telecommunication technologies, public-private collaboration and overall marketing creativity. The amount of revenue generated and the economic impact was also recognized.
The campaign, titled “One City, One Festival, Infinite Impact” was a platinum winner of the 2025 TITAN Innovation Awards, standing out among applications from more than 100 countries and judged by a panel of experts from more than 30 countries. The Taichung City Government says it will continue to improve the campaign for further reach and impact.

There are two aspects to improve upon. The first is to make the Taichung Shopping Festival more local and further boost local business, and in turn attract more people to Taichung for shopping and tourism. At the same time, we must further promote the Taichung Shopping Festival internationally.
Taichung says it won’t stop making the festival bigger and better, year after year.

台中購物節以"One City, One Festival, Infinite Impact"為題,榮獲美國TITAN泰坦創新大獎最高榮譽"白金獎",獲獎難度極高,評審來自全球30多個國家,參賽者更是涵蓋了上百個國家地區,購物節雖然在賽中脫穎而出,不過經發局長也指出,未來將持續做精進加強。

“我們要加強的地方包含兩點,第一個是更在地,我們要夠過台中購物節,讓我們在地商家生意能夠更加活絡,讓更多人來台中來消費、來觀光,同時要把台中購物節更推向國際。”
儘管獲得國際大獎,未來也不會鬆懈,獎項是加持,更是持續進步的動力。
