
As people become more health-conscious, vegetarian dishes are an increasingly common choice. Golden Bell-winning actress Moon Lee recently put on a cooking show with a chef, where the two made a fully vegetarian zucchini pasta with kumquat and peeled chili. By making creative dishes, they hope to transform people’s perceptions of vegetarian cuisine.
Fresh zucchini cut into noodle-like strips is stir-fried for just 10 seconds to preserve its crunch. It’s pared with a sweet-and-sour kumquat sauce and slightly spicy peeled chili to create this creative pasta dish. Guided by a chef, actress Moon Lee effortlessly plates the dish for the audience.

I wanted to make it for my sister, since she’s so busy with work. If you eat out often, you don’t get a lot of vegetable intake. So I think this dish is good for her. I also think eating vegetarian is a healthy choice. Even among my friends, people are gradually becoming more inclined to choose this kind of food.
It’s not just celebrities who consume whole foods to preserve their figure and complexion for the camera. Growing health consciousness among the public is making vegetarianism a more popular choice.

“我應該會想要做給我妹妹吃,因為她工作也很忙,然後感覺平常外食,可能蔬菜的攝取也很少,所以這個料理好像就很適合她。我自己是覺得蔬食,是對身體很好的一個選擇,所以我自己身邊的朋友也是,大家慢慢的反而會更想要選擇,這個方向的食物。”
不只女星為了上鏡,攝取原型食物,保持身材和好膚質,現代人養生意識抬頭,更注重健康飲食,也讓蔬食料理備受歡迎。
暖胃的豆乳鍋,加了鴻喜菇、青江菜,鮮甜滋味來自南瓜,奶油南瓜燴時蔬,滿滿牽絲,伴隨濃郁奶香,撲鼻而來,泰式椒麻酥排香酥有口感,精湛刀工雕成菊花造型的豆腐,滑嫩又爽口。

“沒有侷限在一個全素的料理,因為我們為了要滿足所有的蔬食的客人,還有不是蔬食的客人,他也可以享用到蔬食的美味跟魅力,所以我們在全個餐區裡面,我們都會有全素的,還有蛋奶素還有五辛素。我們的所有的廚區,有接近200道的料理。”
