A sand sculpture festival is running until September 6th on TongxiaoBeach in Miaoli County. It’s open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and while the exquisitely crafted sand sculptures can be seen during the day, many people are choosing to go at night when it is cooler and the sculptures are illuminated by light projections in a spectacular fashion. 苗栗通霄沙雕藝術節，展期一路到9月6日，從早上9點到晚上9點，白天能欣賞精雕細琢的沙雕作品，傍晚隨著夕陽西下，白沙反射出不同色彩，入夜再搭配燈光投射，讓沙雕從白天到晚上，都有不同氛圍。

高空俯拍下，精雕細琢的沙雕藝術品，在光影交織下，展現截然不同的風貌。

苗栗通霄沙雕藝術節，從早上9點開放到晚上9點，白天欣賞沙雕精緻工藝，到了晚上也很有看頭。

“燈光投射以後很漂亮，尤其黃昏的時候可以一邊賞夕陽，一邊看看燈光打出來的感覺。”

夜晚燈光賦予沙雕神秘色彩，搖身一變，成為夜間沙灘城。
